Making a Reservation
We require a valid credit card at the time of booking for services more than $55. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time and staff member. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Check-in
We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your reservation. Should you arrive late, your reservation may be shortened to allow your staff member to be on time for his/her next guest.
Cancellations and No-Shows
If you need to cancel or postpone a reservation please call us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation time to avoid charges. Late cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged the full amount. Not following our cancellation and no-show policy will result in a required prepayment of services for future appointments.
Return/Cancellation Policy for Online Orders
Any and all returns of merchandise must be received by us within a total of 14 days from the date the initial order is placed. Shipping is paid for by customer. Gift card, membership, or gift package orders can not be returned or refunded. Gift cards and gift packages must be used for services or merchandise in store only. Any and all returns of merchandise must be made in its original condition, in its original packaging and must be undamaged. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued. There is a 25% re-stocking fee in the case of returns, regardless of what the reason for the return is.
Shipping Policy for Online Orders
All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. We offer a flat shipping rate of $3.95 for all orders. If an item is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you within two business days to see how you would like to proceed.
Special Needs and Medical Conditions
Prior to receiving your service, please inform us about any special needs or medical conditions, hypertension, injuries, allergies or disabilities. Talking with your staff member will help customize your service to ensure maximum enjoyment and benefits.
Comfort
Some of our services require the removal of certain clothing articles, please communicate with your staff member any discomfort you may have prior to the start of your service.
Personal Belongings
Please be aware of your personal belongings as we are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Gift Cards
Gift cards make an ideal gift for any man, any occasion. Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount over $25.00 to use toward products or services of choice. Gift cards may be re-loaded for future purchases.
Gratuity
Prices do not include gratuity except for private parties. In appreciation of the staff for outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion as our staff members count on them as a source of their income. Gratuities may be paid on credit cards.
Private Parties
Whether it's a corporate day or a pre-wedding day with the groomsmen; a private party at Mark Matthew is truly enjoyable and fun. To assure the highest quality of service to all of our guests, private party reservations require a non-refundable deposit and cancellations prior to 48 hours will result in an additional 50% charge. No shows will be charged the full amount. Private parties are booked by the hour, per person. The groom grooms for free during private parties for weddings - when he brings in three or more of his groomsmen.
